If you're from Brazil then join the Pretty Little Liars club and you'll get the jacket.
If not, then you'll need a proxy. Try 200.205.37.110:80 (it's FAST)
Then log into Stardoll.
If you're using a manual proxy then simply deactivate it once you've logged in, go to Clubs page, scroll down and on the right side you'll see where it says Sponsored Clubs, click on the Pretty Little Liars one, and join. The jacket should be in you're suite then.
But, if you're using a proxy server then click HERE to automatically join the club. The jacket should be in your suite then.
