OMG there is a huge glitch! OK, so a while ago there was a contest and the winners got a rare Diwali outfit, only few got it, but now it's free when you enter the Holi Cow contest, along with the top that isn't loading.
It's available for all countries.
If you've already entered the contest, change the "view" in the contest URL to "finish".
Available till March 14th.
